Terms of Use

InMemoryTrip is a web service for organizing travel photos, captions, and location notes into digital albums and exporting print-ready PDFs.

The service is operated by DevScent, and these terms apply to account registration, social login, album creation, file storage, and export features.

You may create an account using email or the social login methods offered by the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login method and device access under your control, and you may not transfer or share your account with another person.

Some features may remain unavailable until email verification or another required identity check is completed.

You retain responsibility for the photos, captions, and location notes you upload.

InMemoryTrip processes uploaded content only as needed to provide the service, including storage, thumbnail generation, layouting, and PDF creation.

You must not upload photos you are not authorized to use or content that infringes another party's rights.

Pricing, included scope, and photo limits for paid trip features are shown in the service UI.

An existing album may be upgraded from a lower plan to a higher plan by paying only the price difference shown at the time of upgrade.

After a paid plan is applied, downgrades to a lower plan are not supported, and previously paid amounts are not refunded or credited back except where required by applicable law.

Because the product includes digital content delivery, cancellation and refund rights may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law once PDF generation, download, or equivalent use has started.

Specific payment methods, refund procedures, and receipt handling will be finalized in the service UI and these terms when live payment is connected.

Uploading illegal content, copyright-infringing materials, files containing another person's personal information, or malicious files

Abusing the service through abnormal crawling, attempts to bypass security, or activity that harms other users

Fraudulent payment attempts, causing system overload, impersonating the operator, or abusing support channels

DevScent may change or suspend part of the service for feature improvements, security work, maintenance, or legal requirements.

Material changes will be announced in advance or afterwards through the service or another available notice channel.

InMemoryTrip is not responsible for serving as the final backup of your original photos. Important originals should be backed up separately by you.

Liability may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law for losses caused by force majeure, outages, third-party services, or your own fault.
