Frequently asked questions

My photo upload keeps failing.

Check file size, browser session status, and network connectivity first. If it keeps failing, include your account email, failed filenames, and the step where it happened.

How do I resume a draft album?

Use the In Progress tab in My Albums or the latest in-progress card on the Dashboard to continue editing.

The exported PDF does not look as expected.

Include the print size, album direction, caption position, and framing mode so the issue can be reproduced faster.

How do I delete my account and albums permanently?

Go to Settings and use the account deletion action. Albums, photos, exported files, and login sessions are removed together.
